The Frog Choir performs on a small, outdoor stage between Dragon Challenge and Flight of the Hippogriff in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure.

Frog Choir Show Description

The Frog Choir is one of two shows in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure (the other is the Triwizard Spirit Rally). You should plan on standing for the duration of the show, because there is no seating.

The stars of the show are a choir that consists of four Hogwarts students (one Gryffindor, one Ravenclaw, one Slytherin, and one Hufflepuff). Half of the students hold a large, croaking frog on a pillow (just like in the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie). The choir sings various songs related to the Wizarding World, including "Something Wicked This Way Comes," "This Is the Night," "Hedwig's Theme," and "The Quidditch World Cup." Songs can vary by performance.

There are multiple performances throughout the day. Check the free park maps at the entrance of the park or the free Universal Orlando app for show times.

The Triwizard Spirit Rally is also performed on the Hogsmeade stage.

The Triwizard Spirit Rally is also performed on the Hogsmeade stage.

Frog Choir Show History

The Frog Choir was not a part of the Harry Potter books, but a student choir did appear in three of the movies. The student choir can be seen with the large, croaking frogs in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and without the frogs in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. The choir is conducted by Professor Flitwick. The Frog Choir show opened with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure in 2010.

UO Fan Guide Mini Review of the Frog Choir

If you really enjoy the music from the Harry Potter films, particularly the third and fourth films, the renditions performed by the Frog Choir will probably entertain you. But it isn't the most popular show in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Shows like Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees and The Tales of Beedle the Bard in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida (USF) tend to draw a bigger crowd.
